You know that feeling when you're working with something (a tool, an app, a project) and everything just clicks? That feeling when you know (sometimes subconsciously) that whoever designed this thing, took the time to understand the user and create something that would work really well for them.
I work to create that kind of emotional engagement in apps and websites. That engagement comes out of 20+ years of UI/UX study, thorough UX discipline, iterative idea generation, and the occasional flash of inspiration. It also comes from being on the receiving end of some painfully frustrating, dehumanizing, and thoughtless user experiences. "A little discontent is a good thing," a wise person once said, "from it have come great improvements, innovations and revolutions."
Every project, every customer, every application is different. Don't look here for some cookie-cutter approach to your design challenge. You'll find examples of how I've solved other problems, but you won't find the solution to yours. Let's talk.
